My name is Stu, and over the last 20 years I have specialised in advanced clinical sports therapy... But within this domain, I have advanced the techniques and developed Somatic Rebalance Therapy, taking my sport therapy practices to the next level, working deeper and more precise than I ever have, combining it with deeper somatic work, energy, and sound.
Additionally, I am a qualified past life regressionist, using our specific method: Soul Memory Regression Hypnotherapy (SMRH) taking clients on a journey into soul recognition and healing on a spiritual level.

SRT is Stuart's proprietary hands-on clinical methodology developed over 20 years of practice. It operates across three equal dimensions simultaneously: structural (myofascial release, trigger point therapy, postural assessment), neurological (neuromuscular re-education, nervous system regulation), and energetic (therapeutic presence, healing frequencies, somatic awareness). These are not separate phases, they run together throughout every session.
Most pain is misdiagnosed because conventional approaches examine the symptom site rather than the source. The body is a tensegrity system... Restriction at one location manifests as pain somewhere else entirely. SRT follows the compensation chain to the actual root cause.
Sessions are 90 minutes. Every session includes pre- and post-treatment objective assessment so you can see measurable structural and neurological change & not just feel it. Healing frequencies used: 174hz (healing) and 528hz (transformation, integration, emotional processing).

SMRH is in its most basic form a Past Life Regression guided hypnotherapy process that takes you into deeply relaxed states where memories and experiences beyond this lifetime can be accessed and explored. Stuart holds a qualification in Past Life Regression under the methodology of Dr Karen E Wells and has personal experience as a regression client through QHHT, and since, developing his own methods through experience and intuition.
Stuart's position is unambiguous: The soul carries experiences, patterns, wounds and wisdom across lifetimes. Some of what you're carrying now such as emotional weight, recurring patterns, unexplained fears or physical sensations may not have originated in this life. SMRH provides a framework to explore, understand and integrate those experiences.
Sessions typically allow 5 hours and include a pre-session consultation, deep induction, guided regression and integration at close. A recording of the session will be provided.
