Terms & Conditions of Service

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a session or purchasing any service. By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1.  About Stuart Repon Healing

Stuart Repon Healing is a mobile complementary therapy practice operated by Stuart Repon, offering Somatic Rebalance Therapy (SRT) and Soul Memory Regression Hypnotherapy (SMRH) to adult clients. Sessions are delivered at agreed locations across the practitioner's service area.

Stuart Repon Healing is a complementary therapy practice. The services offered are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or any form of conventional healthcare. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or in any session, document, or communication from Stuart Repon Healing constitutes medical advice.

2.  Services Offered

2.1  Somatic Rebalance Therapy (SRT)

SRT is a proprietary bodywork methodology developed by Stuart Repon, integrating structural anatomy, neuromuscular function, fascial science, and energetic healing. SRT sessions are delivered as a mobile service at a location agreed between the practitioner and client prior to booking.

SRT is a complementary therapy. It is not physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, osteopathy, or any regulated medical profession. It does not diagnose medical conditions and does not replace the advice or treatment of a qualified medical professional.

2.2  Soul Memory Regression Hypnotherapy (SMRH)

SMRH is a proprietary regression methodology developed by Stuart Repon, integrating past life regression, spirit realm exploration, and Higher Self inquiry through advanced hypnotherapy techniques. SMRH sessions are delivered as a complementary, exploratory modality, facilitating access to the client's subconscious for the purposes of healing, soul-level understanding, and personal insight.

SMRH is not a psychological or psychiatric treatment. It is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of mental health treatment. Stuart Repon is not a psychologist, psychiatrist, or regulated mental health professional.

The content of SMRH sessions — including past life material, spirit realm experiences, soul-level inquiry, and communications from guides or the Higher Self — is understood within the context of the client's own belief system and personal experience. Stuart Repon Healing makes no clinical or evidential claims about the literal nature of this material.

3.  Booking & Confirmation

Bookings may be made through the website, by email, or by direct message. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full (or agreed deposit where applicable). You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email.

By completing a booking and payment, you confirm that:

•  You are aged 18 or over

•  You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full

•  You have completed or will complete the required client intake form prior to your session

•  You have disclosed all relevant health information requested on the intake form honestly and in full

•  You understand the nature of the service you are booking and its limitations

4.  Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking via BACS Transfer, unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance. All prices are as stated on the website at the time of booking. Stuart Repon Healing reserves the right to update pricing; any changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid.

Stuart Repon Healing does not store card details.

Sessions will not proceed where payment has not been received. If payment is not received or is reversed after a session has taken place, the full session fee remains due and will be pursued accordingly.

5.  Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Notice Required:

48 hours or more before the session — full refund or free rescheduling

Less than 48 hours before the session — 50% of the session fee is retained

Less than 24 hours or no-show — full session fee is retained. No refund or credit will be issued.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email or direct message. The time of written notification is used to determine the applicable cancellation tier above.

Stuart Repon Healing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances. In this event, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered. Stuart Repon Healing accepts no further liability beyond this.

Where a client repeatedly cancels or reschedules at short notice, Stuart Repon Healing reserves the right to require full payment in advance for future bookings or to decline future bookings at the practitioner's discretion.

6.  Late Arrival

Stuart Repon Healing operates a mobile practice and sessions are scheduled to a fixed timetable. If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee applies. Where late arrival is the client's responsibility, no refund or extension will be given for time lost.

If you anticipate being late, please notify the practitioner as early as possible by direct message.

7.  Health, Contraindications & Client Responsibility

You are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, medical conditions, medications, recent surgeries, mental health history, and any other factors that may be relevant to the session, on the client intake form prior to your appointment.

Stuart Repon Healing reserves the right to decline or suspend a session at any point if, in the practitioner's professional judgement, proceeding would not be appropriate or safe. In such circumstances, the session fee may be partially or fully retained depending on the stage at which the session was stopped.

7.1  SRT — Specific Health Notes

SRT involves hands-on manual therapy. Please inform the practitioner of any acute injuries, recent surgery, fractures, skin conditions, inflammatory conditions, or any other physical health considerations prior to your session. Certain conditions may be contraindicated for hands-on work.

7.2  SMRH — Specific Health Notes

SMRH sessions involve a state of deep relaxation and hypnotic trance. They are not appropriate for individuals who are currently experiencing active psychosis, severe dissociation, or acute psychiatric crisis. If you are currently under the care of a psychiatrist or mental health professional, please seek their advice before booking an SMRH session and inform the practitioner at the time of booking.

SMRH sessions may surface emotionally significant material, including content relating to past lives, the spirit realm, or the client's soul journey. While this is typically experienced as healing and integrative, you acknowledge that exploration of this nature can occasionally bring up strong emotions, and that aftercare and integration following the session is your own responsibility. Aftercare guidance will be provided at the close of every session.

8.  Scope of Practice & Limitations

Stuart Repon Healing operates strictly within the scope of complementary therapy practice. The practitioner will not:

•  Diagnose any medical or psychological condition

•  Prescribe, recommend, or advise on pharmaceutical medication

•  Provide psychotherapy, counselling, or regulated mental health treatment

•  Claim to cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition

If, during the course of a session, the practitioner has concerns about your physical or mental health that fall outside the scope of complementary therapy, you may be advised to consult your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional. This referral is made with your welfare as the sole consideration.

9.  Results & Outcomes

Stuart Repon Healing makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from any session. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including but not limited to the client's own physical and emotional state, receptivity, and post-session integration. Testimonials or case study references do not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes.

The nature of SMRH sessions (including the content and depth of any regression or spirit realm experience) cannot be predicted or guaranteed in advance. Stuart Repon Healing accepts no liability for an SMRH session that does not produce the experience or insights a client hoped for.

10.  Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information, health details, and session content shared with Stuart Repon Healing is held in strict confidence and in accordance with UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Your data will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where the practitioner is legally required to do so (for example, where there is a safeguarding concern or legal obligation).

Session notes are held securely and retained for a minimum of seven years from the date of the last session, in accordance with complementary therapy professional standards. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Audio or video recordings of sessions are not made by the practitioner without the client's explicit prior written consent. Where a client wishes to record their own session for personal use, this must be agreed with the practitioner in advance.

11.  Professional Standards & Conduct

Stuart Repon Healing operates to the professional and ethical standards of its relevant accreditation bodies. Sessions are conducted with respect, dignity, and appropriate professional boundaries at all times.

Stuart Repon Healing operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour from clients toward the practitioner. Where such behaviour occurs, the session will be ended immediately, no refund will be issued, and future bookings may be refused.

The therapeutic relationship is a professional one. Stuart Repon Healing operates clear boundaries between professional and personal relationships and clients are asked to respect those boundaries at all times.

12.  Intellectual Property

Somatic Rebalance Therapy (SRT) and Soul Memory Regression Hypnotherapy (SMRH) are proprietary methodologies developed and owned by Stuart Repon. All methodology, techniques, sequencing, protocols, session structures, and associated materials belonging to SRT and SMRH are the intellectual property of Stuart Repon Healing. No part of either methodology may be reproduced, taught, shared, or commercially used without the explicit written consent of Stuart Repon.

Clients who receive SRT or SMRH sessions are receiving the benefit of the methodology for their personal therapeutic use only. Receipt of therapy does not grant any right to teach, replicate, or commercially use either methodology or any component of it.

13.  Limitation of Liability

Stuart Repon Healing carries appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the practitioner's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, Stuart Repon Healing's total liability to you in connection with any session or service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific session or service.

Stuart Repon Healing accepts no liability for:

•  Outcomes or results not achieved from a session

•  Emotional or psychological responses arising during or following a session where the client has not disclosed relevant health or mental health history

•  Any decision made by the client based on the content or outcome of a session

•  Loss or damage to personal property during a mobile session visit

By booking a session, you acknowledge that complementary therapy carries inherent uncertainty of outcome and that you are participating voluntarily and with informed consent.

14.  Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Stuart Repon Healing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on the website. Continued use of Stuart Repon Healing's services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, clients will be notified by email where possible.

15.  Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or with the services provided by Stuart Repon Healing shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Agreement

By making a booking and completing payment through the Stuart Repon Healing website or any other booking method, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking and contact the practitioner directly to discuss your query.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
